1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using Scalenest24 ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service Scalenest24 is a SaaS platform providing CRM, automation, funnels, WhatsApp messaging, websites, and related business tools on a subscription basis.

3. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use this Platform. By using Scalenest24, you confirm you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Subscription & Payment Scalenest24 operates on a recurring subscription model. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually depending on your plan). Prices are listed in PKR for local plans. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

6. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the Platform to:

Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in mass messaging that violates applicable laws

Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code

Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity

Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

Resell or sublicense access to the Platform without written permission from Scalenest24

7. WhatsApp & Third-Party Integrations Certain features of the Platform rely on third-party services including WhatsApp Business API. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and policies of those third parties. Scalenest24 is not responsible for disruptions, policy changes, or actions taken by third-party platforms.

8. Intellectual Property All content, features, and functionality on the Platform — including logos, code, designs, and text — are the property of Scalenest24 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Platform without written consent.

9. Data & Privacy Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described therein.

10. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease immediately.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scalenest24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

14. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
