1. All Sales Are Final All purchases made on Scalenest24, including monthly and annual SaaS subscriptions, are non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Subscription Cancellations You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused days or months remaining in a billing cycle.

3. Failed or Duplicate Charges If you believe you have been charged in error or received a duplicate charge, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and resolve any billing errors promptly.

4. Exceptions We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. This does not obligate us to do so in future cases.
